I have only used the crankcase bolts and they seem really nice and good quality. One of the bolts is too short which sucks. They should include engine mounting and shock/swingarm bolts. The price is ok i guess for the grade of bolts but they need to start including engine mounting bolts at least. And not all of them are nickel plated. Id say about 80-90 percent are nickel and the rest are zinc. All around good kit. IT helps for restorations when you buy a bike thats in pieces. For example my bike was in parts scattered between 4 different boxes. The bike was all there but the hardware was scarce and kinda tossed into the boxes. So it helps a lot to have them labeled. The last thing id add is that the bags the hardware comes in break really easily. Two bags came split open but nothing fell out suprisingly. To some it up id buy it again but for a little bit cheaper. Or with all bolts included.

I love the look of the hardware and the organization of the kit. The engine kit was spot on but the plastic and chassis kit had a little more to be desired (in my opinion).
Not all of the bolts were a direct replacement and need a little bit of work. Some examples, the base of the rear finder had to be drilled using a step bit to accept the Collar washer (m6x18). These same washers did not work with the metal inserts on the bottom of the side number plates. I had to use a KAW/Honda Shoulder bolt in its place. The shroud kit consisted of (6) m6 bolts and no washers were provided, but needed. The motor mounts and chain rollers did not come with locking nuts and although not necessary it would be nice.

Also, I’m confused on the location of the (3) M5 bolts that are labeled carburetor. The cab has (4) smaller m4 bolts that hold the float bowl on.

Overall the kit is very impressive and I will purchase another one for my next build but I’ll be sure to order a few extra washers and flange bolts.

I like to do bike builds and these bolts look amazing and are a fraction of the cost compared to Ti. There is no more hassle in measuring each bolt you need thanks to the whole bike restoration kit. Well worth the money!
