Returns Policy

At Specbolt, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Our return policy allows for most new, unopened items to be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note the following details to ensure a smooth return process:

  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Refund Timeline: You can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days after the return shipper receives your package. This timeframe includes:

    • 5-10 business days for us to receive your returned item from the shipper.
    • 1-2 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
    • 3-7 business days for your bank to process the refund and credit it to your account.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label, typically via USPS.

  2. Return Shipping:

    • If using USPS, you can obtain free flat-rate envelopes from your local post office if needed.
    • For first-class mail, you may reuse the original packaging. However, you will need to provide your own shipping supplies.
  3. Return Label: Print the shipping label we provide and affix it to the package. Detailed return instructions will be provided at the time of your request.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes orders need to be canceled. We can cancel any order that has not yet shipped. Here’s how it works:

  • Before Shipping: To cancel an order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible either by phone at 909-675-0190 or via email at info@specbolt.com for the quickest response.

    • USPS Shipments: Our USPS mail carrier typically picks up packages between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Most of our orders are shipped via USPS.

    • UPS Shipments: UPS pickups occur between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM.

  • Non-Custom Orders: Orders for non-custom products, such as boxed kits or body kits, are generally shipped the same or the next business day. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund.


After Shipping:

If your order has already shipped, the cancellation process is slightly different:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Call us at 909-675-0190 or email us at info@specbolt.com for instructions.

  2. "Return to Sender": In many cases, you can refuse delivery by writing "Return to Sender" and "Canceled Order" on the package. However, please note that this method can be slower, as it may take 3-4 weeks for the package to be returned to us. We cannot process your refund until we receive and inspect the returned item.

  3. Faster Refund Processing: To expedite the process, you can purchase a shipping label from USPS, UPS, or another carrier of your choice, and send the package back to:
